Orders are process and dispatched within 2-3 working days of purchase. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns only for faulty items.

•You have 28 days from the date of receipt to request a return.

•Customer are responsible for return postage.

•Items will be inspected upon receipt. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, or store credit if preferred, or if the original payment method cannot be refunded.

•Refunds are processed within 7-10 working days of receiving and checking the returned item.
