Processing Times
All orders are processed within 2-5 working days (Monday - Friday excluding UK public holidays)
During drops, launches or high volume periods, processing may take slightly longer. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
UK Shipping
• Standard Delivery: 2-4 working days after dispatch
• Tracked delivery on all orders
• Flat Rate: £3.99
• Free UK shipping on all orders £60 and above
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping details are correct before completing your order.
DeadHappy is not responsible for parcels sent to incorrectly entered addresses.
If a parcel is returned to us due to incorrect details, additional shipping fees will apply to resend it.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your parcel has not arrived within the expected timeframe:
1. Check your tracking link
2. Contact the courier directly
3. If the issue persists, email us at:

We will assist where reasonably possible.
Returns
DeadHappy pieces are part of a system but we understand that sometimes returns are necessary
Return Window
You have 28 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible:
• Item must be unworn
• Item must be unwashed
• Item must be in original condition
• All tags and original packaging must be intact
Items returned outside of these conditions may not be accepted.
Non Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:
• Sale items
• Limited edition items
• Gift cards
• Worn or damaged items
How To Request a Return

• Full name
• Order number
• Reason for return
• Clear photos (if item is faulty)
We will provide return instructions once approved
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed as faulty.
We strongly recommend using a tracked service.
DeadHappy is not responsible for returned items lost in transit.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect:

Include clear photos and your order number.
If approved, we will offer:
• Replacement (if applicable)
• Store Credit
• Refund
Refunds
• Refunds are processed within 5 - 10 working days after the item is received and inspected.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you require a different size:
1. Return your item
2. Place a new order
This protects stock availability during limited releases.
